About Our Firm
Commitment. Collaboration. Community.
Frese Hansen: A Brevard County, Florida, Law Firm
If we had to distill nearly 20 years of experience as a firm down to just a few short words that would tell you what we are about — the three words that headline this page would be a good start.
Here, commitment to the client is at the forefront of everything we do. This begins with a commitment to keeping our legal skills sharp through research, writing and continuing legal education, and to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in our work. It continues with our commitments to outstanding client service and an approach of tailoring our legal services and solutions to meet each client's particular needs.
We also recognize that a real estate closing or business purchase is often more than just that, that it may involve more than just real estate law or business law. Because of this — our attorneys collaborate. They bounce ideas off one another, they share their experiences and insights, and they apply their expertise to each situation. And while many firms espouse the benefits of "the team approach" — we believe the fact that six of the seven attorneys who work here are included in the firm's name is something that speaks louder than just those words.
Last, we would also like to emphasize that we are — individually and collectively as a firm — committed to the communities we are a part of. Our lawyers actively participate in various legal organizations and causes. They volunteer and give back to the communities they live in. They know Melbourne and the other central Florida communities we serve very well. Please read more about our community involvement.
We are proud of these values and look forward to continuing these traditions of service for decades to come.
A Team of Board-Certified Attorneys …
Serving Business and Individual Clients Throughout Central Florida
We are also proud of the fact that five of the seven attorneys at our firm have been certified by the Florida Bar's Board of Legal Specialization in areas of the law such as Real Estate; Taxation; Wills, Trusts and Estates; and Civil Trial Law. To put that in perspective — only a small percentage of lawyers practicing in these areas actually meet those tough requirements and successfully complete the certification process.
What does that mean in real terms? Basically, it means that our attorneys have had a great deal of experience in these areas of the law. They are familiar with the full range of issues involved with these areas of law. Other lawyers recognize and respect our attorneys’ ability to handle these concerns. To obtain the certification our attorneys had their knowledge and skill put to a rigorous test by the Florida Bar.
In other words: You have come to the right place for your legal needs.
