Biography
Jesse L. Kabaservice was raised in West Melbourne, Florida, graduated from Melbourne High School, and later earned dual degrees from the University of Florida. Mr. Kabaservice earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated with honors. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Kabaservice was selected to serve as a member of the University of Miami School of Law’s Mock Trial Team and Moot Court Board, receiving awards for excellence in the Litigation Skills Program.
Prior to entering private practice, Jesse was employed by the Office of the Public Defender in Brevard County, handling all aspects of felony cases, including depositions, pretrial motions and jury trials.
Mr. Kabaservice has over twenty years of experience in commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction law, real estate litigation, and landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Kabaservice is licensed to practice in Florida as well as the U.S District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
