Erika J. McBryde was raised in Brevard County. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she served on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
During law school, Ms. McBryde clerked with the Central Legal Staff of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth’s intermediate appellate court. Ms. McBryde joined the firm in August 1999 to assist the litigation department with legal research and writing before passing the Bar.
